How to Order a Spare or Replacement Key...

In order to serve you better, we adhere to the policy set forth by Mercedes-Benz USA.

Only you, or someone authorized by you can order a replacement key. In order to do so, Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville will require proof of identity and vehicle ownership with original documents, including the following:

If you are the current owner of the vehicle:
-The vehicle's current state registration
-A current idenification card, passport, or driver's license

If you are an authorized person:
-The vehicle's current state registration
-A current identification card, passport, or driver's license for the authorized individual.
-Signed and dated authorization from the owner of the vehicle for which the key is being requested.

Activating your key:
Once you or an authorized person has provided the appropriate documents, Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville will need to synchronize the key to your vehicle before it can be used. In order to do so, we will need access to your vehicle.
